Collection of 35mm Film

This is a collection of 35mm film captured over the last 10 years throughout the United States from New York to Hawaii. By sharing these image, I aspire to emphasize the unique look and feel of film photography that is being lost thanks to the rise in digital photography, cell phones, and social media. However, film photography has brought me some of the importance lessons as a filmmaker and visual artists, it has taught me the art of slowing down, being patient, capturing with intention, and bringing my full presence to what is right in front of me.

Yosemite National

Park Series

August 2016

As I hiked through the stunning Yosemite National Park, I couldn't help but feel like Ansel Adams himself. The breathtaking natural beauty of the park was awe-inspiring, and I was determined to capture it all on film. With only a few hours of adventure time I carefully composed each shot, as I sought to capture the unique beauty of the landscape around me. From the soaring cliffs to the tranquil meadows, Yosemite National Park was a photographer's paradise, and I felt truly honored to be able to experience it all firsthand. The images below feature a few of the famous sites including El Capitan, Mist Trail, Half Dome, Nevada Falls, Glacier Point, & Tunnel View

Women’s March on Washington

January 2017

"Women's Rights are Human Rights"

I found myself at the Washington Women's March, a worldwide protest held on January 21, 2017, the day after Donald Trump's inauguration as US president. Over half a million people peacefully protested, hand in hand, and marched on the Capitol. Women, men, children, and people of all backgrounds came together across the nation to protest Trump's inauguration, making it the largest single-day protest in American history.

These images are just a few from a longer series depicting the goals of the annual marches, which advocate for legislation and policies regarding human rights and other issues, including women's rights, immigration reform, healthcare reform, disability justice, reproductive rights, the environment, LGBTQ rights, racial equality, freedom of religion, workers' rights, and tolerance.

Earthskills Florida

Gathering Series

February 2017

My initial experience at the Earthskills Florida Gathering really opened the doors to a whole new reality that taught me what truly matters in life and how to live in deeper harmony with Self, Community, Nature, & Spirit.

As my heart softened to the people surrounding me, I learned that it is safe to be here on Earth, it is important to ask for help, it is empowering to give without expectations, it is nourishing to receive with trust, it is cathartic to grieve with others, it is crucial to believe in yourself, it is human to seek connection, it is healing to breathe deeply, it is vulnerable to love intently and it is possible to manifest freedom on your own terms.

Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
